Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Implementation: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Shopify projects from inception to completion. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed requirements analysis and validation with clients. Translate client needs into clear, actionable project objectives and feature lists.
- Shopify Configuration and Customization: Utilize your deep understanding of Shopify’s capabilities to recommend and implement solutions that align with client goals. Guide the customization of Shopify features and the integration of third-party applications as needed.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with development and QA teams to manage the delivery of project milestones. Ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and that final products meet quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Shopify features and e-commerce trends. Recommend improvements to internal processes, client stores, and project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on managing their Shopify store. Ensure they are fully equipped to use the platform effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Shopify platform, specifically in a B2B environment.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Shopify’s platform and features. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Personal Attributes: Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. E ective in collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
